Why We Treat Islam Like Childhood Education

In many Muslim families, Islamic learning is treated like something children do for a few years before *“real education”* begins. Then exams, careers and academic success take priority, while deeper Islamic learning quietly disappears. The problem is not education itself. The problem is teaching young Muslims that Islam is something basic they complete early, while everything serious comes later. That mindset can have long-term consequences.
