Justice has to be seen to be done. A judge who rules in five seconds with no evidence has not delivered justice, even when the evidence was true, because Allah made our fitrah that way. So He demonstrated His commands; the whole chain is building toward one trial where the angels, the shayateen and we ourselves testify. Then two words close the surah. No.. i dont agree with the PUBLIC trial as demonstrating Allah’s command. In that case, i some one wanted to spread lies, he can just bring you to a trial Nouman Ali Khan, like your case before.. let the public decide also. Let the fitna also spread that you had done something bad. That is why the court must be IN SECRET!! only the outcome can be publicise. The Judge is responsible NOT the PUBLIC. so.. i dont agree, i dont care if you study Quran for 100 years.. i just dont see how your state
